I baked real chicken and make a pot of rice cut up the chicken really small and fill a tupperware container give them a little bit at a time and keep the rest in your fridge. Making your dog food is 100% the best way to go.

Bil Jac doesn’t have the typical kibble. Instead it has pellets that are softer than kibble and dissolves in their stomach better. Every dog loves it. Does have byproducts in it tho so not sure how you feel about that but if you want a cheap way to go about it and a long term fix, look at BilJac.

My first Rottie had a very sensitive stomach – back then we fed Purina One lamb and rice – he did well on it. There are other good brands that cater to this now so you probably have quite a choice. Most are very expensive tho’. I have my little dog on Royal Canin low fat gastrointestinal kibble and canned food. She does great on it but it’s very expensive.

Rachel ray canned for digestive issues is good but what is really fantastic in my opinion is The Farmhouse Dog. You order on line and tell them if your breed has any active issues such as stomach, itching, needed weight loss etc. you can do a trial for around 50-60 bucks. It’s sent frozen and it’s proportioned to your breed. We started our five year old on it and he loves it. We have seen an improvement in his weight coat and itching already. Unfortunate side it expensive for a Rottweiler due to their size. We are paying 120 a week. We’re hoping to keep him on it temporarily. When it comes to my rotties I will do anything to help them have a great life. Rottweilers are known for stomach issues such as regurgitation etc. prilosic may help but check with your vet. Hills Science or Buffalo Blue. My vet recommended I boil lean ground beef and chicken add brown rice and sweet potato. He prescribed a supplement. After my boy got over it. I would do half prescribed food and half cup of cooked food. He did well. And we gave frozen green beans as a snack.

Acana beef and pumpkin works for my sensitive girl. We found out she cant eat kibble with chicken but can eat fresh boiled chicken. She also has stewed beef with zuchini and 90% lean burger added to crunchies. We soak it in warm water till its soft before she eats the kibble. If she happens to get a loose stool Diggn firm up on chewy makes a pumpkin apple pectin powder that helps right away

Primal raw is the best solution . Rabies one and done , no flea and tick use only wonderside spray , puppy shots and done . Give PetMoringa BALACE DAILY . I believe heartworm or flea meds caused my babies seizures and or pancreatitis and passing of blood . We have had ours on Royal Cannine low fat gastrointestinal for many years now. Keep the dry kibble out for her whenever she wants it and feed the wet canned food twice daily. It has helped. She still has occasional tummy issues but it is much better.PS- i have a VERY finicky eater. Rice, chicken, scrambled eggs. Bil JAC sensitive stomach. Bil JAC is the only dog food which cooks all ingredients separate with the proper temperature which makes it easier to digest so no gas no upset stomach. It’s so gentle it’s the only food that dissolves in water other food just swell causing an upset belly or food allergies. Since it’s mostly meat they eat less and is smaller. I recommend it to all my customers with food allergies and their dogs don’t ich anymore and their coats grew back.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for months now. We finally got ours on prescription ‘Pro Plan gastrointestinal’ dry. Just about 1/2 cup 5 times a day. With a little water in it. Works wonders. If yours is still throwing up a little, the doctor can give nausea meds. I give every 6 hrs and then an hour later feed so the meds have time to keep the acids down. Works wonders for ours

My 13 year old boxer had started with GI upsets. I switched her over to Hill Science Diet Adult Sensitive Stomach & Skin formula. Thought I’d try this first then if that didn’t resolve her stomach issues I’d switch to Prescription Hills ID. To my surprise it worked wonders. But I did find it was best to feed her a cup in the morning and a cup at dinner that way she had food in her stomach. It resolved our problems and even made her fur healthy. I would definitely give it a try.

My shih tzu has a sensitive stomach and had pancreatitis at one point so we have to be careful with what foods we give her. Because of that, our vet recommended and prescribed Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein dry dog food for our pup. We have seen an improvement in her digestive health on top of other benefits from the dog food since giving it to her. It is something we highly recommend and she loves it, so I’m assuming she’d recommend it as well!!

I fed my Shih Tzu Beneful sensitive they also have it in small bites for them to chew it up easy but I also gave him chicken and rice homemade which is really good for them with a little bit of vegetables in it but it’s what you prefer

Royal canin shih tzu. I might add that shih tzus tend to be hypoglycemic. If they don’t have breakfast, noon snack and dinner they throw up. I’m on my third set of tzus and it happens every time.
